Uncharted Trophies coming 'very soon'

Naughty Dog, developer for the Playstation 3 game Uncharted, reports to N4G that 'very soon' a patch will be released which includes trophy support. The patch is already submitted to Q&A.
Once the trophy list for Uncarted is available, we will publish the trophies at the Uncharted: Drake Fortune trophy list
