how do you know assains creed will be patched

can i ask how you know that these games are being patched assains creed, condemed 2, orange box, how do you know these are getting patched beacase according to this site there being patched

there is no way of knowing until they announce something. my guess is they are probably working on the second assassins creed and prob don't have time to go back and add trophies to assassins creed. i still have not received any word from my contact from ubisoft Montreal on the whole trophies thing.
