In the list of trophies below I have taken the time to gather the best video's/guides to better explain how to do each achievment. I don't take any credit for these videos or are affiliated with the creator in any way. The Guides are for the xbox360 but as the games are the same the guides will be correct. Also for the 15 trophies which are in the bronze section that require you to beat the level on veteran we will not post a link as it is pretty straight forward.

Throw a Six and a Half
On Hardened or Veteran difficulty, complete a level without dying. (Solo only)
Easy one. Can do it on veteran even if you can only play Recruit. After completing the game or the Level Black Cats go to the menu and then select the mission (Black Cats) and choose hardened or veteran doesn't matter you have a 100%/99.9% chance of living (on Veteran).
Firestarter
Complete a level using only the flamethrower. Melee, grenades & explosives are OK.
