Which trophy has/was the hardest for you to unlock? How long did it take you and how many trys? Mine is still Late Boomer, as I have come oh so close, but failed everytime. Any pointers and/or tips for the trophies you are have trouble with? Post 'em here also.:D

The 10x multiplier, argh, how frustrating considering I was trying to get late boomer at the same time, that is the one with 20 rite?

late boomer no question was the hardest...required as much luck as it did skill. its best to follow right behind the bomb ship until another bomb ship is close enough to you that you can blow up all of them at once.

Hardest (that I actually managed to get, that is lol) was Extra Ships Optional, especially considering the insane speeding up of everything!! Lol even worst was the fact that when I eventually got it, I carried on trying to achieve it multiple times because I hadn't realised it had been completed!! And the fact that it was only bronze made it even more frustrating -should of been gold, at least silver, but only bronze!
Late Bomber also evades me, along with Token Hoarder (the 15x token one, right?): I keep trying boosting through the centre of the large green rocks, but its not working: me thinks ill have to string them up in a nice line...

Getting the 10 nukes was also hard, but not as much as Extra Ships Optional, simply from the fact that your blasting everything with the nuke, and that it should take less than seven minutes (hence the game speeding up less).
What you have to remember is:
a) Get the nuke as soon as it appears: you most likely already know this, but Endless mode progressively gets faster and faster (lol not your ship, but enemies and asteroids), and if you take too long, things get reeeaaallly hairy. It may be tempting to power-up your weapons nicely before tackling the nukes, but it is strongly suggested to every time go straight for the nukes: keeping things slower is more useful than powerful weapons.
b) Your priority is the green, spiky, stationary mines with numbers on top of them. Destroy one, and another will drop down with a smaller number on it. Bring this down to zero, and instead of one mine, a large bunch will drop down, either in a cross-pattern or all grouped together. For the first nuke, destroying all the mines will bring it down, usually on the other side of the planet. For the next one, I believe you have to destroy two bunches, then for every nuke after that, three. Note that asteroids and enemies can also destroy the mines on contact: further, once you destroy a bunch, the next one is likely somewhere on the other side of the planet.
c) I would strongly suggest NOT boosting through a nuke, unless your surrounded by enemies and it's absolutely necessary: use the gold melter instead, which will destroy it pretty quickly. If you boost, nine times out of ten you'll be thrown into a scenario where you needed the boost immediately to get you out of trouble (the three stage meteor shower is a good example).
e) Do not be afraid of using bombs to keep you alive: I found myself hoarding them for no reason. At the same time, I suggest keeping them for helping you with the more dangerous stages/too many enemies&asteroids and/or higher speeds (the immediate global meteor storm/red triangle storm is a good example).
Thats it! So:
-Destroy green spiky mines
-Destroy nuke
-Rinse and repeat
Hope that helps and its not too late, but I just joined!

Thanks for the guide ReaperOscuro. I also think that Late Boomer is hard and Shock and Awe as I haven't done them yet.

Glad it could help, hopefully it will with your Shock and Awe trophy -lol I guess I found that easier than Extra Ships Optional simply because I did it after getting the former -and by that time I had spent so much effort on getting Extra Ships Optional, that I knew the Endless mode by heart when it came to getting Shock and Awe :-P
